Webs-2-Geaux is a home based web design business that specializes in building dynamic, affordable custom web sites for small and intermediate size businesses or individuals who want to showcase their collections or hobbies (custom motorcycles, antique cars, baseball cards, pedigree pets, etc.).  

  I started this business when three elements of my life intersected.  As an artist, I have a deep and unrelenting drive to express myself creatively .   Although I specializing in watercolors, I have used various mediums in my art work.  Surprisingly I found myself drawn to computer generated art.  This interest was surfaced when I became one of the web masters for Motiva (Shell Oil) Refining Company some years ago.  In addition to my love for art, I have always had a strong interest in computers and marveled at their endless possibilities.  Web design not only fulfilled my creative nature, the artist in me, it also gave me the venue for accomplishing my life long dream of owning my own business.  The third element and the one most meaningful to my present and future customers, is my desire to recapture the lost art of "real customer appreciation" and "service".   As a consumer myself, I am constantly frustrated by the growing number of companies who seem bent on fleecing their customers with fine print and out and out false promises or advertising.  I pledge to you that I will always stay focused on this aspect of my business so you will receive the utmost respect and the best service I am capable of providing.

  10 years ago who would have guessed that we would be ordering pizza or paying our cable bill over the internet.  Virtually every major chain store, from clothing to home improvement, from auto dealerships to opera tickets, sell their wares over the computer.  Consumers from 15 to 30 years old are changing the way business is conducted today with personal cell phones and computers.  A business owner is falling behind the pack if he or she do not have a viable web presence. 

What exactly does the web offer you?  Everything!  Through this venue you can showcase your business or interest, display your product line, share data freely or through password protected access, provide interactive communication for collecting valuable data about your customers or visitors, real time updates, ease of expansion, add-ons like photo galleries, bulletin boards, and so much more.  Your phone directory, newspaper, radio or TV spot cannot begin to offer you the flexibility and accessibility a web site can offer.  I started my web design business with a focus on helping the small business who could not afford to pay thousands of dollars for a custom site.  I wanted them to realize the exciting marketing benefits that are available on the web.   When compared to other types of advertising, the cost of building and maintaining a web site is quite a bargain (at my price's anyway!) and the money invested allows you to showcase your products and services to a vast market, local to global, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, year in and year out.
