Webs-2-Geaux reserves the right to
refuse service to any customer who does not agree to or follow our
guidelines. They have been developed to protect
children and unwary adults from exposure to inappropriate, offensive or
dangerous material. Furthermore, some policies were adopted to clarify the relationship
between Webs-2-Geaux and it's customers as it relates to site content and services
rendered.
POLICY
- Webs-2-Geaux
will not design, construct or update sites which contain sexually
explicit, hate oriented, or extremist material. Webs-2-Geaux reserves
the right to make
sole determination as to the appropriateness of such material. We do not knowingly
provide links to such material. We do not accept customers who
have links to such material. If a link is found
to contain offensive material please contact:

The link will be reviewed and eliminated if found to be inappropriate.

Prior to the start of any design work all customers will be asked to
review this policy .
Failure to abide by these requirements can lead to termination of all work
including
design, construction or updating. The client will be responsible for charges incurred
on all work performed prior to
termination and, once paid in full, such work will be turned over to the customer.
- Webs-2-Geaux will work diligently to determine
your needs when developing logos, animations or other original design
work. Our goal is your satisfaction. This is only possible with
complete input from you, the customer. When discussing original design projects,
be sure to give us your ideas or visions. Most customers have some
basic concepts. It is cost
effective to disclose these ideas
before work begins to reduce the number of hours invested in creating
these elements.
- Any maintenance performed is billed when 1 hour's
workis accruded.
Failure to pay in a timely fashion may lead to termination of maintenance work
and or shutdown of the web site.
- Webs-2-Geaux can not use any copyright protected
material in the construction of web site
without written permission from the holder. If a customer
provides us with material which is not copyrighted by them, it is that customers
responsibility to notify Webs-2-Geaux that it is copyrighted material
and to obtain and provide us with written permission to use that material. Some examples
would be a professional photograph such as by Olan Mills or material
containing protected sports or company logos.
- Unless otherwise agreed upon, trips for the
purpose of taking digital photographs require payment at the time of the
visit. Such trips include driving time from our business address
in Norco, La. to the customers business or home. If a customer
makes an appointment for a photo shoot and fails to keep that
appointment the hourly drive time rate or minimum charge will still
apply.
- Unless otherwise stated in writing, any art or
graphic work created specifically for a customer becomes the property of
that customer alone. It will not be duplicated or resold by
Webs-2-Geaux without written permission.
- Unless otherwise agreed upon, Webs-2-Geaux will
place a small business icon at the bottom of each customer's home page
which will link to our business. We need this link to help
generate new business so we can maintain our low rate structure.
- Webs-2-Geaux maintains a high moral and ethical
standard and expects the same from it's customers in all business
dealings.

our registration form will be stored only on disc thus eliminating any
possibility of information being obtained through illegal access of our
